Your Journey

Your Journey in 3 Phases.

Everyone moves at their own pace. The journey is a step-by-step path from settling in to living on your own.

  1. Phase 1: Settle In

Move in, get comfortable, and get to know the people around you. Together we talk about your goals and what support you need first.

  2. Phase 2: Build Skills

Work on the things that matter to you, like school, a job, managing money, and everyday life skills, with guidance along the way.

  3. Phase 3: Step Into Independence

Put it all into practice and plan your next move, with people in your corner as you take the step to living on your own.
